1-Shot Metalic Gold enamel is top notch paint
After watching the Eastwood video about pin striping I bought a proper brush and 1-Shot enamel and gave it a try. My project required the very characteristics that make this a great paint. I wish I’d bought the reducer but mineral spirits worked. The paint bonds well, dries durable, and looks terrific. Application is fast and easy and one coat opacity shortened the project time. I used a 3/16” wide brush and painted hundreds of feet of narrow trim on black steel gate panels. In dusk it shimmers. 1-Shot metallic Gold is wonderful paint and I have Eastwood to thank for discovering it.

Can it be used on outdoor bronze plaque?
I've painted it atop brass and it was fine. Adhered well. Looked terrific.

Can I use Spar vanish to seal the gold that is feeling less than hard after 12 hours dry time in 70 degrees temp.?
I do not see this being an issue. However we only test with paints and coatings that we personally sell- so we can't verify this. I would have to advise you to contact 1shot directly at: 800.323.6593
