Canadian delivery charges include duties, shipping and processing, and brokerage fees. Orders containing hazardous items (item numbers ending with Z or ZP) must ship via Purolator.
Certain oversized items (e.g. abrasive blast cabinets), and very heavy items are subject to additional charges. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-544-5118 for a shipping quote.
Canadian duties and taxes
In placing your order, you authorize the Eastwood Company to appoint a Canadian customs broker to act on your behalf to obtain clearance of your merchandise and remit applicable duties and taxes to Revenue Canada. Amounts received by the Eastwood Company for duties and taxes on your behalf will be forwarded to the broker for customs clearance.

By submitting a return to the above address, you authorize the Canadian customs broker to submit a claim for duties and taxes to Revenue Canada on you behalf and to receive, endorse and deposit all such refunds. The Eastwood Company will refund the purchase price together with the duties and taxes directly to you.

International Addresses
All orders placed for delivery to addresses outside the Continental U.S. or Canada will require individual shipping quotes. A customer service representative will review your order and contact you with your shipping options and charges. The order will be processed and shipped upon your approval of the total charge. Please be sure to include your e-mail address when you place your order, as this is the preferred method of contact for shipping quotes. All international duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver of the package.
Please note: Items with numbers ending in Z or ZP can only be shipped within the Contiguous U.S. and Canada. Most items may be purchased from any of our Authorized Dealers near you.
