This top quality pressure blaster is designed to tackle even the toughest jobs. It is a complete system, just hook up to the air compressor, put on appropriate hood and respiratory protection, fill with blasting media and you're ready to blast. This system has the following features: one-hand, auto shut-off deadman valve, air consumption as low as 7 cfm @ 80 psi, convenient top-loading hopper, 3 seal blocks, 2 year ltd. warr, 100 lb media hopper, two 1/8" (15 cfm) nozzles one 3/32" (7 cfm) nozzle, 10 ft. 1/2" i.d. hose.
The model 110 pressure blaster holds up to 100lbs of abrasive and includes a 3/32" Nozzle (requires 7 cfm at 80 psi) and 2 1/8" Nozzle (needs 15 cfm at 80 psi), 3 seal blocks, and a 10 foot (1/2" I.D.) abrasive hose with automatic shut-off dead man valve, an ASME certified pressure tested tank, pressure gauge, and complete instructions.
Seal Blocks Pk of 3 (22007 A), Ceramic nozzles (22012-22017), and pressure gasket (22005) (pull up seal on pressure pot) 10' Pressure Hose (22038), 15' Pressure Hose (22039), 20' Pressure Hose (22040) Replacement Brass Ball Valve (22027).
How much air does it take to power this pressure blaster? The air required is determined by the Nozzle size alone. The 3/32" Nozzle (22012) requires 7 cfm at 80 psi, the 1/8" nozzle requires 15 cfm at 80 psi, the 5/32" nozzle requires 25 cfm at 80 psi etc.
Be sure to wear all appropriate safety gear. The tank is ASME certified; that means this tank was actually pressure tested for safety.
