14.75-oz. aerosol can of Plastic Adhesion Promoter
Completely clean any rust, oil, moisture, dust and other debris from the substrate. Shake can well for at least one minute. Spray one coat. Apply heat (recommend 10 minutes at 140 to 250 degreesF).
