The Velcro Faced Cushioned Backing Pad will accept the Cleaning Disc (31096) (produces an 80 grit finish) or the Stripping Disc (31075) (produces a 320 grit finish). The Backing Pad is threaded to accept a 5/8" x 11 shaft. This pad can also be adapted to your drill with the optional Mandrel Adapter (40011 D). Maximum speed 6000 rpm.
