Safety Information

WIRING REQUIRED: Cord and plug are NOT included. Motor can be wired for either 110v AC or 220v AC, but is shipped pre-wired for 110v AC. Requires 13.8 amps at 115v AC or 6.9 amps at 230v AC.

Wear appropriate ANSI-approved safety eye protection, ANSI-approved hearing protection, 14" or longer leather gloves, and ANSI-approved respiratory protection.

Application Tips

The 1 1/2 HP 3600 RPM Motor with 7/8" shaft runs on single phase 60 HZ and requires 13.8 AMPS at 115 VAC or 6.9 AMPS at 230 VAC. Can be wired for either 110 or 220 VAC. Overall shaft length is about 30". Distance from housing to end of shaft is 7 1/4". See (13004) "The Art of Buffing" video for buffing tips and techniques. Wear a dust mask, hand, and eye protection during buffing operations. NOTE: Motor is wired at factory for 110 VAC but can be converted to 220 VAC.
