I have a concrete floor paint on my garage floor and due to the salt from the cars, it is peeling away. Do I have to remove all of this paint before I put your product on and if yes what do you sell to remove it with?

Apply when air and surface temperature is above 50Â°F Surfaces to be treated should be slightly damp. DO NOT pour onto one spot and brush out over surface. Using a stiff bristle brush or broom, scrub DRYLOK Liquid Etch into surface until foaming action stops. ITriple rinse surface with a strong stream of water, scrubbing while rinsing to ensure removal of all Etching material. When dry, check surface by applying a few drops of water. Water should penetrate quickly if not re apply DRYLOK Liquid Etch to the affected area as described previously. Allow surface to dry thoroughly before applying paint or stain.
