This foot-actuated sandblasting cabinet gun is designed to replace the standard trigger-operated blast gun. Absolutely a game changer
This is a Must Have.. I do a lot of sandblasting , my hand would cramp up while using the trigger, I got the pedal and now I can go for hours

This thing is great and my hands definitely appreciate it. I'm new to blasting and I would just pass on the fact that if you don't have a very powerful compressor, make sure to use fine media.

Harbor freight blast cabinet upgrade
I bought this because my hands would cramp after blasting for a while, but it’s so much more than just a pedal addition! The gun works so much better than the stock harbor freight one. I can clean metal in 1/4 of the time. Great buy!

Just buy it!!
Wow what a difference this gun is vs. the HF gun! Something that would take me 10-20 minutes to blast now takes about 3-5 minutes. If you’re looking to really wake up your HF blast cabinet then you 100% NEED to buy this, like yesterday! Oh yeah, and a part I could barely put a dime size blast in the paint, this gun stripped it like it wasn’t even there. The amount of media it throws is unreal. No joke.

I've upgraded my air fittings to high flow, what are the internal passageway sizes on the foot pedal? i'd like to find something that will not be a bottleneck
This is a variable position valve foot pedal - it is designed to be restrictive, but when you are "pedal to the metal" it will not restrict your system. The internal passageway is quite generous in size.

What size is the nozzle that comes with it? Can I get a smaller nozzle?
This comes with a 6mm nozzle. At this time 6mm is the only size nozzle we offer for this foot pedal system.

This will work with 60 grit or finer media.

Is the gun itself adjustable?
Air pressure cannot be regulated though the gun only from the foot pedal.

Does the foot pedal have a lock on position or do I have to depress it the whole time Im blasting?
This does not have a lock and would need to be depressed to be run.

Will this work with a bottom fed media metering valve rather than the tube dropped into the sand method? I think it should work since both are variations of a siphon feed system and not pressure fed.
