Eastwood's Automotive Finishes are a Premium acrylic Single-Stage Urethane paint with exceptional beauty & durability. Made from top-quality raw materials and advanced composition technology. Superior to acrylic, alkyd & lacquer coatings. They offer unsurpassed durability & resistance to UV, chemicals and stone chips. 3:1 ratio in a 96 Fl. Oz can, add a quart of required activator and you'll have one sprayable gallon. These finishes do not need a clear top-coat, but if you are using a metallic or "poly" a clear coat is recommended.

Q: Do I need a clear?
A: No, but you should use one over metallics.
Q: How much paint do I need?
A: Typically one gallon per car. If you are painting jams, under hood, under the trunk, use 2 gallons. For large cars and pick up trucks, 2 gallons. Number of coats, prep and application methods will affect the amount of paint required.
