All my Eastwood products are great
I am wrapping up my 69 Z28 and I'm finishing up the wiring under the hood. I saw this on the Eastwood site, watched the video and said that's the one. I will be purchasing the other one as well with the water proof connector feature and clips.

Will this crimper crimp plug wires
These are not dedigned to crimp terminals on spark plug wires.

Does the crimper strip wires as well?
No. The crimper in the Eastwood Crimp Right Solderless Connector Kit(31677) does not strip wire. Should you need a wire stripper you can use Eastwood Wire Stripper item# 1001841.

Can this tool be used on open barrel type connectors
The crimping pliers that come with this kit will crimp the open barrel connectors.

The ratcheting crimping tool is not available separately at this time.
