spray can containing two part primer.
The first one exhibited sporadic spraying. Changing position of can did little to help. The second one failed to spray at all. Tried using the nozzle from first can but to no avail. Not what was expected!
I'm going to indicate not recommended. You'll have to work on this product a bit more.

Can this be used with 3:1 boulevard black single stage urethane? And at what ratio?
This is for our 4:1 basecoat paints, not the single-stage paints.

Yes. This activator is for the 4:1 Low VOC Clear and the 4:1 Basecoat paints
