FirewallPlan is to use epoxy primer and then your Eastwood seam sealer then your platinum rust encapsulator reply this body filler over all that then go ahead to finish and paint.
Is that the best plan for a firewall?
Any special instructions on that?
Asked by: RB51
For Encapsulator to do what it needs to it needs to directly contact any rust present. So your best process would be: Encapsulator, body filler, Seam sealer (if needed) then paint.

After sanding the Premium body filler, can I wipe down the areas where I have exposed metal to prevent surface rust with fast etch? Will Fast Etch harm the premium body filler?
Asked by: 67Cuda
We do not recommend letting fast etch touch body filler. Fast Etch will damage that finish.
