Works at speeds under 2,400 rpm
Includes 5 general-purpose abrasive bands

About Expander Wheel Kit Includes 1 Band Of Each Grit

Soft, natural rubber Expander Wheel can be used with abrasive bands, 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ or 3M™ Trizact™ bands, sizes 1-1/2" wide and 18-15/16" in circumference.
