Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall It's a Great Filler Prior to Powder-Coating I used this now twice to fill imperfections in several different valve covers I've powder-coated or am in the process of powdering. This stuff thinned out a little bit with the thinner made it very easy to dribble/run into the defect & worked great! I was able to lightly sand it down some then let it sit for the full 24 hours prior to curing the repair in an oven. It hasn't shown any signs of shrinkage & accepts the charged powder as if it was the original metal. Overall, it's a great product if you use it for what it's intended to do; fill/patch damaged metal that has enough material there to allow it to bite into it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not work well I used this product to repair 2 dents in a motorcycle fuel tank. the dents were 2.5" in dia. and about .5" deep. This product is extremely difficult to use. It took me 3 weeks of work and rework and even after that the result was terrible. You must apply in thin layers and wait for the solvent to dry before you can due any sanding or it just crumbles. Getting it ti feather out to a smooth edge I found impossible. I had to remove and start over several times and even after I thought I had it as good as I could it cracked in the oven and the outline of the patch was very visible. I have given up on this and will cover the areas with some type of decal. I not a happy camper!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product This a fine product. I have used it many times on high-temp applications and works great. Do not pay much attention to reviewer that mis-apply the product. Its made for a specific purpose and it works every time the directions are followed. I have used it on exhaust parts without failure.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good filler, difficult to work with Edges are a difficult to feather in on bare material prior to powder coating. Found it best to prime part first and sand/smooth edge prior to finish base coat. It's not as workable as a plastic filler for traditional painted finishes. Overall it works, but takes some practice and patience.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from lab metal, not useable! The product drys so fast, it starts to cake before you can apply it. Then it won"t stick to the steel. I tryed several different techniques with no success. Even when you prep the surface and add solvent to the filler as recommended. Sorry guys, It was a big waist of money and time.
