I ordered the 1.55 KW 2.0 HP starter. Eastwood is selling it as a 1.55 KW, but they are not saying that is MAX rating. The Dyno sheet that came with the starter says they tested it at 1.4 KW. Tell me why they don't test it at what it's rated for. All they could tell me is I could return it but I will have to eat the shipping both ways. I expected to receive a 2.0 HP starter and they sent me a 1.5 HP starter that is capable of 2.0 HP. I expect Eastwood to reimburse me 100% + shipping both ways for “False Advertisement”
