This position is for someone capable of taking an already successful product management organization to the next level. The Product Manager will own multiple Eastwood’s product categories and be responsible for growth, profitability, and quality of those categories. He/she will have a significant impact on Eastwood’s success by introducing and managing products that deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role is ideally suited for a highly motivated, results-driven individual who understands how to translate the voice of the customer into product solutions that meet/exceed customer expectations. This person will lead by example implementing product management best practices to achieve results that meet organizational objectives.

We are looking for someone with 4+ years of related marketing or product-management experience (preferably in consumer products) with demonstrated high level of performance. An undergraduate degree in engineering or marketing is desired and an MBA degree is preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Product Manager position is highly visible and the individual will have an opportunity to make a significant impact on the overall business. He/she will be expected to execute, guide, and direct all activities associated with the following:

  • Establish the Strategic Direction for the assigned product categories.
  • Define a product portfolio that is aligned with organizational objectives and the desired branding and positioning of the category.
  • Develop product roll-out plans and manage the product category to meet objectives for revenue, margin, quality, and delivery.
  • Identify, develop, and launch new products.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure successful launch of new products and growth of the assigned categories through Eastwood’s multiple marketing channels.
  • Work with suppliers, both domestic and international, to ensure consistent on-time delivery of high-quality products that fit the Eastwood brand statement.
