Low-vibration Random Orbital Pneumatic Sander produces an ultra-high-quality finish on a wood table or automotive sheet metal. It's also vacuum-ready to be connected to central or portable vacuum systems; extracts dust and particles through and around the 6"-dia. sanding pad, keeping foreign matter away from the motor, and virtually all dust is instantly diverted away from your work into the vacuum. 12,000-RPM motor powers a 3/16" orbit for a swirl-free finish. Lever throttle lessens the pressure on your palm. Durable, lightweight composite housing weighs less than 2 lbs. Short shroud style. SPECIFICATIONS: HP: 0.2; Max. Free Speed: 12,000 RPM; Pad Diameter: 6"; Orbit Diameter: 3/16"; Air Consumption At Free Speed: 15.5 CFM; Air Inlet: 1/4" NPTF; Min. Hose Size: 5/16".

Can a Velcro backing pad be installed on this unit

Ingersoll does have a Hook and Loop pad for this unit that maintains the vacuum ability of this unit.
