My filter gets clogged pretty quickly and has to be cleaned quite frequently. is there a pre filter that you can put around this to stop it from getting packed with media so quickly?

What 5 micron media do you recommend for these filters? Thanks

These filters are designed to run with our dust collection system for the blast cabinets that we offer. Our blast cabinets are designed to be run with media that is 60 grit or finer (so 60 or a larger number).

Has Eastwood determined that this “one size fits all” filter is adequate across all of the media types/sizes that they sell?  I too have experienced dust/media escaping my vac system using this filter.  I’m using the 110/140 grit glass bead media.

The minimum micron that this filter can catch is 0.5 micron. The filter should be considered one size fit all for blasting media only.
