Used this 8 years ago on a steel grate project. 140 feet long, 12 inches wide. Somewhere around 2200 pieces of welded cold rolled steel. Been sitting on the ground outside in the elements ever since, and NO RUST WHATSOVER!

i have tried a lot of rust sprays but this is the best ever buy it use it you won't be sorry say good by to rust and it's a nice black

Easy to apply, dries fast and stops rust.

I have a 1967 VW Beetle I drive in the salty WI winters. I have used this treat all areas of the car and after 4 winters it is still holding up.

it seems to work as advertised, and i would definitley purchase again. it does seem to dry to quickly though. the next time i use it i will probably thin it a little to make it easeir to spread with a sponge brush.

I like it because you dont have to top coat,i have used this for 11 years back when it only came in red,now with the different colors you have it made.
Lays down really well when reduced with quality laquer thinner.

I've used rust preventative paint for over 50 years. Starting with Zinc Chromate primer and others when Zinc Chromate disappered. Tried Extend Rust Converter with poor results. Tried POR-10 but it failed due to rust creep. Switched to Corroless Primer which is now Rust Encapsulator and find it is the best. I remove loose rust, wire brush and spray with excellent results. I've applied body filler over areas that have received two coats of Rust Ecapsulator with good results.

This product works great for any rusted parts on your restoration projects. Its easy to apply, dries quickly, and is very durable. It looks great when dry, so on many applications a topcoat isnt needed. I painted the frame of my el camino 5 years ago and the paint still looks awesome! Great product!

I purchase 2 quarts of Rust Encapsulator to use on my 22 foot open car trailer. My trailer had surface rust from being outside for most of its 15 years. I knocked all the loose rust scale and painted the trailer with the Rust Encapsulator and then top coated it with a good gray enamel. The surface coverage was exactly as stated on the can. I can report after 10 months that no rust has broken through the surface. The trailer looks as good as new. I am very happy that this product performed as advertised and would highly recommend it over POR 15, that I have tried in the past.. Ron P
