About Underhood Black Semi Gloss Aerosol 11 ounce
Underhood Black is the correct shade of black underhood paint, having just the right 10-20 percent semi-gloss finish most car manufacturers use for engine-compartment paint on radiator supports, inner fender walls, lug wrenches, jack bases, underhood brackets and other parts. Black underhood paints from typical hardware stores are either too thick, too glossy, or the wrong color.
Just clean, degrease, and prepare the parts well (use our Self-Etching Primers), then spray-on this engine-compartment paint for a professional, factory-like, underhood paint finish. Acrylic lacquer withstands up to 250 degrees F and goes on thin for a satin-smooth finish that doesn’t hide surface details. Do not use with enamel primers. One 11-oz. aerosol can covers 6 square feet. Made in the USA.
Due to regulations pertaining to paint recycling, at this time we are unable to ship this product to Alberta, Canada.
One 11-oz. aerosol can of Underhood Black covers 6 sq. ft. For larger surface areas up to 48 sq. ft., use the quart size of 10045ZP Underhood Black Semi-Gloss (Qt.).
