About White Gator Guard II Truck Bed Liner

If you'd use a standard drop-in liner, it can warp and trap water and contaminants that can lead to bed corrosion. But our 2-part epoxy system offers a non-skid, chip-resistant white finish that's flexible at low temperatures, so water and contaminants can't get trapped underneath. Easy to apply with a wide brush or roller, or spray-on with our 20441 Undercoating Gun. Adheres to firmly adhering paint or bare metal. Degrease area to be coated and mask. One kit covers 32 square feet, and most truck beds will require 2 kits (2 or more kits are available at a discounted price).

This coating is appropriate for all surfaces except polyethylene and similar plastics. Before coating, lightly scuff bed surface to roughen. Make sure surface is free of any grease or oil. Mix equal parts of "A" and "B" thoroughly. Brush or roll mixed material at a 5-10-mil thickness. For spray application using a Shutz-type gun, apply a medium-wet coat at 35-65 psi. Immediately clean off any overspray and applicator with mineral spirits or paint thinner. Works best between 65 and 95 degreesF. One kit coats 32 sq. ft. with a 5-10-mil coat.

Each Truck Bed Liner Kit includes one container each of parts "A" and "B", a total of about 1.8 quarts (enough to cover the bed of a small truck). For larger trucks or heavier coats, get 2 kits at a discounted price.

(Q) How long after application must I wait to use the truck bed?
(A) At 72 degreesF surface will remain tacky for 7 hours. After 48 hours, surface will have no product transfer and may be used for heavy loads. Do not wash surface with soap, water or any other solvents for a minimum of 2 days after application.
