About Eastwood Fender Roller Tool
Our exclusive fender-rolling tool bolts directly onto the wheel's hub flange, and the elongated holes in the adapter plate fit all popular 4- and 5-bolt hubs. It's held in place with the included dished washers and your vehicle's lug nuts. Accommodates up to a 120.6 mm (4.75") 4- or 5-lug bolt circles. Forming arm adjustability ranges from a minimum of 14" to a maximum of 22-3/4" hub-center-to-edge-of-roller to handle most automotive and light truck projects. Non-returnable. Limited one-year warranty: if defective, we'll replace the tool.
Delrin® ball-bearing fender-former roller is tough enough to easily form the fender, but without damaging the paint finish. To prevent paint from cracking when forming wheel arches, gently heat the paint before forming; we recommend our Heat Pro Deluxe Variable-Temperature Heat Gun Kit (43522).
Durable, heavy-duty powder-coated steel Fender Roller.

I use to have a older roller i bought years ago i put though its passes, rolled many cars and have long be involved in the "stance" scene. Recently i got a email offer showing how they are on sale so i decided to pick up a new one as my old one I've broken a few times and rewelded due to trying to heavly pull rear flares. The revised roller i got seemed alright but in the last 3 cars I've used it on I've repeatedly popped cotter pins and starting to damage the threads, the pivot point on the arm is not wide enough so it falls out of place. I've tried to correct this but there is nothing you can really do, this causes the threads to ride on the side of the arm, the pivot point on the base is not provided with large enough washers so the sleeve groves into the castle nut and puts unneeded pressure on it. all in all i feel that the quality of the product has dropped as i have a older model that I've used for years with out issue.Value Quality Price -

This is a very simple yet immensely effective tool. Very sturdy and easy to use. A must have for the stance scene! I didn't even attempt to heat the fenders, so the paint did crack. Nothing a little masking and touch up pain can't fix. Also worked well on my double edged fenders, for those wondering. I would definitely buy this again!Price Value Quality -
Not that great anymore.

I have an old Eastwood fender roller that I bought about 6-7 years ago and it has worked great on all of my cars. It was starting to show it's age so I bought another one about 6-8 months ago. The first car I used it on, the threads got stripped on the tool. I called it and it took a very long time go get through with someone (a few days of calls and no returned messages) but they finally said send it in and they will replace or repair it.Price Value Quality
In the meantime I bought a new one because I needed it. When I got that new one, the same thing - it stripped. I got the replacement and it also stripped!!! So three straight rollers were bad. I looked online and it looks like a lot of people are having the same issue.
I called into Eastwood and have sent emails from their website with no response. They send me to the technical support department when I call but they never answer and never return their calls.
I ended up having to make my own parts for the roller just to get it working. I think they're using some low grade mild steel from China on the threads now instead of hardened steel and that's what is causing it to fail.
I would say be careful about purchasing one. Until an alternative comes out, this is the only option. But it's not a good one til they figure this out. -
Alright.

This fender roller did a great job on my first two fenders but then i looked and seen the control arm to tighten and loosen pressure on the fender was stripped. I contacted customer service and they were no help with getting a warranty replacement or even just a replacement part (they do not make replacement parts for these fender rollers.)Value Quality Price -

Great tool but it don't fit 6 lug hubs I had to mod the tool to make it fit my 2001 Yukon but after the grinding and cutting it worked flawlessly. Eastwood should make an adapter to fit large hubs like the ones on GM SUVs just a thoughtQuality Price Value -
good tool easy to use

Needed to roll my fenders and was told this was the right tool. It certainly was. With a little heat there was no paint cracking and the required space was achieved. If you have a car you value this tool is the only way to go. A quality product from a quality company.Price Value Quality -
