About Heavy-Duty Vibratory Tumbler w/Media
Vibratory tumbler lets you clean and polish small parts and hardware without time-consuming "elbow grease" and without the risk of getting the parts "launched" by a wire wheel. The vigorous tumbling action inside this parts tumbler allows the media to remove coatings and corrosion from pockets and recesses in parts like no other method, and best of all, the vibratory tumbler does all the work! Simply place your parts and media into the parts tumbler's bowl and switch the unit on.
Rust-cutting media will remove rust from nuts and bolts without rounding the edges. Stop the tumbler when parts are de-rusted. Afterwards, achieve a polished shine by re-tumbling using the dry shine media. Quicker than a rotating tumbler. Powered by your 110V AC outlet.
Vibratory tumbler includes two 12"-dia. bowls, 7 lbs. of rust-cutting media, 4 lbs. of dry shine media, instructions, and a one-year hassle-free warranty.
Built to last for years with a heavy-duty base and quiet, balanced motors with leak-free seals.
The only consumable/wear items in your tumbler is the media. The number of parts and severity of the corrosion will determine how long the media "cuts". See our complete line of media to select the appropriate media for the specific metal part. If you are cleaning hardware that is simply corroded, we recommend our Brown Pyramids Media 21913 for quick cleaning and deburring on steel, iron or stainless hardware.

Worked Great
Review by jimwyoming -
Quality Price Value Dear Eastwood – I recently purchased your Heavy Duty Vibratory Tumbler w/Media,
and after being somewhat skeptical at first, am more than pleased. I didn’t leave my
bolts, nuts, springs, etc. in the tumbler for a long enough time at first. After ‘reading
the instructions’ (yes, I’m one of those) I decided to leave tumbler on overnight.
Your catalogs pictures are very close to the results I achieved. I thought the before &
after pictures shown in the catalog were probably exaggerated, but they truly are not.
My 1972 Husqvarna motorcycle restoration should turn out superbly thanks to your
tumbler.

Great product, good price
Review by Pat -
Quality Price Value I debated with myself for a while on which tumbler I should get. I am glad I picked the larger heavyduty model. Everything I have put in it both large and small has come out looking great. It does a great job cleaning rust and grime stuck on hardware that you want to reuse. Comes out looking almost new. I definitely feel it was worth the price I paid. It has saved me many hours of wirebrushing parts and it will save me many, many more hours of cleaning time.

Very good overall
Review by Chris Rappl -
Quality Price Value I actually had the first two units fail prematurely. Customer service was great and did everything they could to make things right. The third tumbler is a keeper. I have about 25 hours on it now and it runs as strong as when it was new. I have cleaned and polished spokes and spoke nipples. I have polished newly plated parts like clutch actuators and brake levers. I don't know why the first two failed but they died different deaths. Maybe I'm just lucky that way. I am happy with this item and would not hesitate to recommend it to a friend.

Highly Recommended
Review by Rich -
Price Value Quality Worth stepping up to over the lesser units that China offers. I thought that when de-burring/cleaning small batches of machined parts, a smaller tumbler would be the ticket but it catastrophically failed with every use. This one surprised me. It is many times stronger, quieter, and works faster. The extra bowl proves handy for quick batch/media changesl. It performs just like the high-dollar units and for it staying together, so far so good.

Good quality and reliable
Review by Mark -
Price Value Quality I am doing a complete body off restoration of a 69 VW bug. I have many small pieces (nuts, bolts, small parts) that require rust removal. The tumbler does a good job of getting the majority of the rust. I use it in conjunction with the metal wash. For heavy rust I'd recommend the brown media over the gren.

Good, but Not for production use
Review by ultraboy -
Quality Price Value I run a small manufacturing company, and when the roof leaked over a box of new custom made welded washer bolts, we were faced with either purchasing 500 new ones (expensive) or cleaning them up. The wire wheel was too time consuming, so we purchased the tumbler. We loaded the unit comfortably (not overloaded) with about 6 at a time. It took about 5 hours for each batch, but the results were perfect. Unfortunately, the unit could not take the 24/7 use and died. We purchased a sandblast cabinet, which worked much faster and did equal work quality. For small runs, it's great, but don't expect this to perform miracles on hundreds of items.

Well worth it
Review by Daniel -
Price Value Quality I am redoing everything that is going back on my car. Needless to say this can get to be very tiring, what with cleaning every little piece, no it isn't very fun.
So lo and behold I buy this tumbler, A Miracle I Say,
you just put in the pieces turn on and walk away.
Some time latter a new item appears. Should have done it sooner.
By the way get the bigger one you'l be much happier -

Given enough time
Review by anteekdoc -
Price Value Quality The key to success with this machine is time. I am restoring an old motocross bike and I let the rusted, dirty parts tumble for 24 hours in the green medium and then another 24 hours in the polishing medium. I degrease them before any tumbling.
Most all the parts come out close to new. It's always important to retain the original hardware on a vintage restoration and this product allows that.
Keep it on a rubber mat on the floor as it will vibrate its rubber feet to dust if left on concrete with a rougher surface.
Overall a good product if given enough time to do the job correctly.
