Tool works pretty good but you have to bend carefully cuz the brake lines will still kink if you are not patient.Price Value Quality -

I tried to use is to modify some stainless steel trans. cooling lines and found it to be difficult to bend the stainless. Could not get enough leverage with the sidways motion. It may work better on regular steel lines. The jaws leave marks on the tubing also.Price Value Quality -
Good, but only when used as intneded.

These work very well for the intended use; IE slight tight radius bending near wheel and master cylinder fittings to get correct fit-up. The head is a bit large for some situations, especially with 3/16" tube .They work best with steel tubing; not as well with 300 series stainless because I think stainless work hardens so easily. They are a useful addition to my fabricating tools.Price Value Quality -
Glad I bought them!

Used standard brakeline tool to form a complete set of lines for an Austin Healey Sprite I was restoring. Once the lines were in the chassis, the forming pliers were essential to make those small final adjustments which made the line instalation look "factory".Price Value Quality
Very easy! I'll never bend a brakeline over a socket again. -

The concept is good but, really not a well designed tool. It weakens the tube when making a bend and leaves a impression of a smiley when bending rigid brake line tube. If this forming tool was a full 1/2 die instead of the current 1/4 die this would fix the problem and be a excellent toolPrice Value Quality
Thank you for your feedback. Our R&D team will look into your comments. We've found that this tool works well for adjusting and aligning lines with master cylinders, wheels cylinders, and more. The Eastwood Team
