    About Tubing Bender Rolling

Rolling-Cam Tubing Bender utilizes a free-rolling follower cam to minimize stretching and distortion when bending tubing. This produces uniform, tight, 180-degree bends down to a 1" radius. Will not harm protective surface coatings on fuel and brake lines. Comes apart for easy placement over long pieces of tubing. For bench use, a tab is provided on the lower handle.

Received this bender and it looks like it is a higher quality bender compared to others I had looked at. However, can't really review how well this bender works due to the fact that my tubing kit is back ordered and haven't actually used it.

The idea is great: a compact tube bender that can make small radius bends in tight spots. unfortunately, the design and manufacture allows the bending 'head' to partially rise up and slip over 1/4" tubing rather than staying engaged with the tubing. this might work better with 3/16" tubing because the rollers for that are placed differently.

This tubing bender works just as advertised, allowing very tight bends without flattening the tubing.
It's a little expensive compared to standard tubing benders but you get what you pay for.
With intricate bends the bench mount flange can get in the way but it can be cut off if necessary.
After making over 100 tight bends, the tool works as well as it did with the first one.
