About Extreme Chassis Black™ High-Gloss Quart
3 times more resins make it 3 times more durable than our original Chassis Black coating. This maximum-durability gloss formula offers improved resistance to brake fluid, fuel, solvent, chips and scratches. 40 sq. ft. of coverage.
For improved adhesion on clean, bare metal, first prime with Extreme Chassis Black Primer (aerosol 11193Z or quart can 11194ZP). For rusted metal, first prime with Eastwood Rust Encapsulator. Allow 15-20 minutes between coats of Extreme Chassis Black; can be re-coated at any time without lifting.

Appreciate the fact that no thinning is necessary. Sprays on well and produces a nice finish. I used a couple of thin coats and got decent coverage with a low cost pressure gun. I did notice in a humid environment that this can take quite a while to dry fully so plan accordingly.Price Value Quality
I applied 4 hours after spraying rust encapsulator and it worked well. -

I away lived by "you get what you pay for" but not with this paint. I bought it to bush it on to do some touchup on my frame. The paint is so thin its impossible to brush. Like painting with water with a little black food coloring.Price Value Quality
I painted the frame with the extreme chassis gloss spraycan and that worked great. I wish I had just bought more spraycans and not spend 44.00 for a qt of black thiner. -

The extreme chassis gloss black is very easy to use right out of the can no thinning nesesary. I would recommend this product to everyone its great. I am just starting my project and talking with the eastwood company makes it a lot easer. Thank you for the help.Price Value Quality
