About Martin General Purpose Dinging Hammer Model 150G

The General Purpose Dinging Hammer has 2 different hand ground, low crown heads in 1 1/8" and 1 9/16" diameters. This hammer is model 150G.

This hammer works well with the General Purpose Dolly (31032) to back up the hammer blows.

This is the workhorse of my hammer collection. Particularly the large face. Keep it clean and smooth. I use old cotton socks as boots for my hammers,and periodically oil them to keep rust away.

Bought this dinging hammer as a light way to move some pretty heavy sheet medal on a 1935 Diamond T I am building. Sheetmedal on these Pre-War over the road trucks is very heavy at 12 and 14 ga. This hammer did just what I thought it would, great buy at a very good price.
