About Rubberized Undercoating 946ml-28 oz
Rubberized Undercoating produces a very tough, yet flexible, film that stays put, and helps prevent road salt from eating away at your car's metal and fiberglass. Excellent adhesion to metal or painted surfaces. 28-fl.-oz. can is enough for up to 14 square feet.
Contains 28 fluid ounces. Covers up to 14 square feet.
(Q) How do I remove old undercoating material?
(A) Use a heat gun and dull putty knife to scrape-off old undercoat.

Work in a well ventilated area when applying this product. The use of a respirator like our SAS Bandit Respirator (11455 or 11456) is recommended when applying this coating.

I have used this product several times now... I really like it... Very fast drying time... My most recent project was a new 22 foot enclosed car trailer... I put the trailer on the hoist and used 10 cans of the undercoating (more than enough) on all metal parts and now it is well protected for years to come... After the undercoating was dry for several days,, I spruced up the metal frame work and changed the color from the poor quality black paint to a red paint (white trailer,, Red F-150) of good quality... Down under the trailer the new paint holds very well to the dryed undercoating... I don't use the trailer in the winter so it should last a long time... Getting ready to order more just to have it around for the next project... I say go ahead and get those projects done... JUST DO IT......Price Value Quality -

Used this to coat the wheel wells and floor boards of my pickup... put on one coat and let it dry, then sprayed a second coat for texture and it looks great... dries hard, no gummy rubber. appears to be protecting all metal great. great stuff and easy application...Price Value Quality -

I have used under coat products before. This product is great. It dries quickly, looks great, and covers very nicely. Purchase extra because you will find more areas that you want to cover than you first thought. You will need to thin the product with a little solvent to get it to spray easily.I also bought a couple aersol spray cans. This allowed me to get into some tight areas with more precisionQuality Price Value -

The first time I used it was on the inside floor pan of a 1968 Camaro . When it dried it looked great a really nice black not to dull,covers great .so I ended up ordering more for under the car. Since then this product is all I use on all my restorations, all my customers love how nice it looks. I highly recommend this productValue Quality Price -

Just did my 4th car with this product and I find it very easy to use and clean up is a breeze. I just screw the gun on the can and only use the plastic bottle for cleanup. Make sure your car is clean and as high as possible on jackstands to give yourself more work room. Mask everything you don't want coated. It applies just like a spray can of paint. Spray from every angle, then come back from another angle and spray the areas you missed. Great product, I'll use it again.Price Value Quality -

The product it self is pretty decent, but due to incompatibilities with item 20441 I can't give it 5 stars. The container that the undercoating comes in is a 'tall' quart. The gun only works with the 'short' quarts - the pickup tube is too short. And you can't use the plastic bottle that's on the site either. So all in all a lot of hassle in trying to get this product to work.Price Value Quality
