I got this kit to get started and get some experience. Pliers? Great. Tips? Great. Flux core wire? meh. It works, but isn't ideal. I went and got a Lincoln brand spool there was a marked improvement in the wed quality. and a significant drop in spark and spatter.

It did get me started, and saved me the capital outlay of an argon tank, until next month
