Burned away after very little use. Agree with willy d that it should be brass & more pointed.

tried to use a metal guide for a straight cut, heat from plasma melted tip. the tip needs to be maid out of brass and more pointed for a closer cut when using a guide.

After very little use this plastic type material external nozzle has melted/burned . Eastwood said this is a consumible item.$12.00.expensive for very little use. Eastwood did not offer to replace item under warrenty.unit is a week old and used about 20 min.
