Always wear appropriate eye protection. Do not exceed 90 psi (6.3 bar) of tool inlet air pressure. Do not force tool or exert side forces on pad while sanding. Wear appropriate respiratory protection. Always disconnect tool from air supply when changing discs. ONLY use 6" PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) sanding discs and backing pads rated for a minimum of 10,000-RPM use. Always make sure the workpiece being sanded is securely clamped or anchored.

One year warranty against manufacturer's defects.

I like this sander. But it is labeled as a 6" but the one I got is a 5"sander. I bought 6" sanding disc's for it from Eastwood. Which are to big for the pad. Eastwood needs to fix the label for the sander. All in all it is a good sander. I can't wait to get to the body work on my Monte.

Eastwood Note: We found a small batch that had the incorrect pad coupled with the sander. Please send us an email at: orderhelp@eastwood.com for the correct replacement pad if you had that problem.

I expected a good product from Eastwood but I didn't expect this DA sander to be so light weight and so controllable. I bought it to remove some rather extensive runs and sags from the car I'm working on and it worked perfectly.

I have bought the expensive brands of palm sanders in the past and this one is just as well built. The weight feels like quality, very smooth operation. I was also impressed to get the better wedge shaped pad with it, most other sanders have the cheap flat pad and you have to buy the better pad for about $18.00. I plan to Eastwood-up my shop with more tools soon.
