Do not waste your money unless you enjoy being frustrated. I have been a body and paint professional for over 30 years and thought if the PDR guys can do it so could i. I wasnt interested in spending lots of time to become proficient but wanted to remove some small door dings. The instructional DVD is incomplete and does not provide enough training to get you started. My suggestion pay the PDR guy a couple hundred bucks and save you sanity or count it as a donation to Eastwood but you wont get the tax credit.

This product is a great buy. It alows you to get into alot of places to work on dents that normally would require body filler and paint. Trust me though that it does take some practice to get used to and so you dont get waves from pushing to much. All in all this product is great and I would highly recomend it.

The painless dent removal system is an excellent product. It really helped me accomplish the job for which I bought it. It deffinately does take some practice to get good with it though and not have waves appear. All in all I can't find any thing wrong with this product and believe it to be a great buy, and would highly recommend it
