TIG200 Welder
Weld it all with the Eastwood TIG200 200AMP welder! The TIG200 features an AC/DC switch that allows both steels and aluminum to be welded with the same machine. With a 14' torch and a 10' ground cable, you'll be able to get into any space with this exceptional machine. It has pre/post flow adjustment knobs to protect your weld and torch. If that's not enough, it even has a foot pedal to control amperage so you can get going quickly and not need to dial-in the machine for a specific material. Included is the TIG200, torch, ground cable/clamp, regulator/hose, and is powered through a NEMA50 plug.

Plasma Cutter
This innovative, affordable, plasma cutter was designed and developed by Eastwood's own R&D staff, and tested in-house on the same type of real-life projects you'll use it for. It doesn't matter where you need to work, because this plasma cutter's voltage-sensing technology lets you use either a 110v or 220v outlet with our adapter cord. Works with any standard home- or shop-type air compressor within a range of 20-65 psi; internal moisture separator ensures dry air is delivered to the torch. Rated 140 volts at 40 amps. Duty cycle: 60% at 40 amps. Weighs less than 30 lbs., for easier portability.

Multi-Unit Cart
This welding cart was designed by to make storage, accessibility and maneuverability of your welder and cutter easier than ever before. This cart incorporates a top shelf which will hold our MIG135, MIG175 or TIG-200 welder. The bottom shelf will store your Versa-Cut Plasma Cutter, while the middle shelf allows storage of necessary welding accessories. The Gas Bottle Mount even incorporates a TIG Rod Holder to store up to 6 different tubes of filler rods. Assembles with simple hand tools.

What is "Plasma Cutting"? Plasma cutting utilizes a high-velocity jet of ionized gas (plasma) that conducts electricity from the torch of the plasma cutter to your metal workpiece. That directed plasma stream (about 30,000° F) heats the workpiece, converting the metal to molten slag. That high-velocity stream literally blows the molten metal away, leaving a clean, precise cut.

The plasma cutter had internal air leaks. Tried to get to the "legendary" customer service but the calls went to voice mail and the voice mail box was full multiple times. Finally left a couple messages but no return calls ever came. Didn't want to return the entire box so I took the cover off and found the brass fittings were as tight as they could be, had Teflon tape on them and were CAULKED and worthless. The 2 between the air filter and the entrance to the air gauge adjustment leaked air like they were hand tight. spend 2 hours getting parts and replacing them.
The cart went together easyly but it was a bolt and a nut shorrt so that was another trip to Ace.
I havent even turned the TIG on yet so I'm not sure about it.

I've had a mig for quite a while, but I was looking for something for welding the thinner metals, and also for stainless and aluminum.
I really liked the heat control you have with the tig, it's become my favorite welder. My old plasma cutter died, so it was the perfect opportunity to get both the Tig, and Plasma cutter, at a great price. I am very satisfied with these two products. I am restoring a 1955 Chevrolet pickup with my son and these products have made the job a whole lot easier.

We have owned this machine for well over one year. Plain and simple it just flat out works! No isues what so ever. We work on all types of equipment in our hot rod shop. During the winter it is snowmobiles, summer cars. In between anything you can imagine.
We have found Eastwood to be responsive to our questions. Customer Service is great. If you want or need a TIG, this is one you should consider.

I have had this package for a couple weeks now & have used it for a few hours. My occupation is a sheetmetal fabricator & have done it for 20 years. I use a welder at work that cost $6500 & the welds i can produce with this welder from eastwood are just as good, on aluminum & stainless. It don't have all the bells & whistle settings, but works excellent so far! The plasma has worked great so far also. All i have cut with it so far is 14 ga. Stainless & it worked flawlessly. Don't know how long it will last, but great stuff so far.

I was at least a little worried about this welder because of the ultra low price, but with Eastwood backing up the warranty for 3 years I thought it was worth a try! I had never tig welded before and worried that the machine would not be good enough for a first timer. No worries, when I started within an hour I was able to make some decent welds. The plasma cutter worked flawlessly as well! Everything came quickly and was as advertised! I would definitely recommend this combo. One thing though, the welder does not come with a tungsten for aluminum. I would recommend the consumables kit and some filler rod and get ready to weld!
