When the dash cracks are too big for minor repair, start out with this spray foam before using the dashboard repair kit. It expands and hardens into a firm urethane that can be cut, trimmed, and sanded as desired. This foam is also great for filling, sealing, sound-deadening, and stopping vibration and panel flutter. It even fills firewall holes and plugs gaps in garage walls.

Use Sealant Foam to fill voids in deteriorated foam dashboards. Great for filling, sealing, and sound deadening. Use in a well ventilated area. To replace ridged foam in a cracked dash trim out distorted vinyl and foam with razor blade and fill to slightly above the surface with the Sealant Foam. Sealant Foam can be trimmed and sanded to contour before completing the repair with the Dashboard Repair Kit.
