About HotCoat Powder Pearl Opal Metallic


All HotCoat polyester powders are exclusively formulated for the Eastwood HotCoat System. They're optimized to promote static charge for uniform coverage and finish. All are UV- and fuel-resistant, so colors stay bright and vibrant longer. Cure at 400°F for about 20 minutes.

Every 8 ozs. of powder covers the same area as 2-3 cans of spray paint (about 10 sq. ft.), and clean-up is easy, since you simply sweep-up the oversprayed powder. Contains no environmentally harmful solvents. All Eastwood powders are virgin TGIC chemistry and packed in airtight, reusable plastic containers.

Always wear eye, skin and respiratory protection when powder-coating. Do not cure in an oven that will cook food. Use in a well-ventilated area. Do not use a household vacuum or shop vac to clean up powder, since the electric motor could spark and ignite the powder.

Color did not come out as deep of a green as pictured. It came out a more teal/green then a deep green. I have been using eastwood's powders for a while now with no problems but I was disappointed with it and customer service.
