Decent hammer but don't be expecting to see a Fairmount hammer of the 70's show up in your Eastwood box. These hammers are well balanced, have a nice well machined face, but the handle is too thin where you grab it. Also the cross pein end is not finished. 5 seconds on a sanding belt will make it fine for most users. Worst disappointment was the TAIWAN sticker on these knockoffs of a quality name brand tool from the past. The Fairmount tool your grandad used is not related to these modern imitations. Still at $19.95 you can't complain.
