I used Eastwood's internal frame coating on my 35 year old Jeep CJ. It was an easy product to apply, covered well, and appears to be durable. I'm already recommending this product to friends and coworkers.
The internal frame coating seemed to work very well. (Posted on 7/17/2014)

i used the coating on my car. First I pressure washed the frame in side and out. I let it air dry a few days before using the frame coating. I sprayed it untill it ran out through the seams. The spray nozzle worked great and I believe I got great inside coverage.I will let you know in about 20 years.

After reading all about how messy this is and not to wear anything you ever would use again, I took precaution and cover the garge floor with a cheap plastic painters drop cloth, taped over all holes in the frame and put on some nitrile gloves I had laying around. I had blown out and flushed the frame with compressed air and then water and left to dry a couple days prior and proceeded to use about 3 & 1/2 cans getting a heavy coat inside frame and all under body sheet metal cavities of my Jeep Wrangler. I couldn't be happier with the result after drying I looked inside frame with my digital inspection camera and observed full coverage.

Good products, however the spray tubes that were shipped were all 18" in length not the 24" as listed - not a huge difference (6") but left me short when trying to reach into the tubes to fully coat the rails/headers when coating them. - Other than that it's a good product as far as I can tell.

I bought this after repairing the rust on the bottom of the door edges. I sprayed it in the interior of the doors, let it drip down into the entire edges. The stuff that leaked out on my driveway (lol) is very hard, permanent film. I couldn't even scratch it off with a wirebrush. Hey ! That's okay with me. If it's that hard to get off my driveway, it is doing an awesome job on the inside lower door edges. Definetely will purchase this again.

Coating sprays great, coats well. drys rock hard. I used it inside both of the front doors on my 1960 Corvair, just coating the bottom half of each inner door since the factory "undercoating" had flaked off, and there was surface rust. Coated very well, not too runny, but "creeped" into all the nooks. Was a little disappointed that that was about all I could do with such a large can. For that reason, I feel it is a little pricey for the amount you get. Other than that--great product!

It worked for what I wanted to do, treat an enclosed area around the fenders. I ordered three cans, First can worked perfectly. Second can sprayed out approximately 1/4 and stopped working. Third can, the nozzle was a disaster. Dug first can out of trash, cleaned the nozzle with lacquer thinner and put on the 3rd can and finished the project. Good product but could use better quality control.

As stated above, the proof will be over the long term. I will advise you to seal up any and all places where the spray can exit the channel you are coating. If this stuff gets somewhere you don't want it, and you let it dry.... it is tuff to remove. That being said, I believe it will stop the rust.

Product seemed to cover well. Used a lot of paint for coating. A little messy but was OK. Cost was too high for a $5 can of paint and a plastic tube. Made a simple cleanout tool by boring a piece of stock: .120 and .160 each end, spray brake clean after use.

The extension hose on the can was absolutely great and used it in other areas that were hard to reach. The internal frame coating worked great and covered well.
