Eastwood's Malibu Sunset Metallic Orange is a premium acrylic urethane paint with exceptional beauty & durability using top-quality raw materials and advanced composition technology. Superior to acrylic, alkyd & lacquer coatings. Offers unsurpassed durability & resistance to UV, chemicals & stone chips. 96 Fl. Oz 3:1 Single stage Topcoat system requires 21856ZP activator. This metallic finish works best when shot at about twice the normal gun to surface distance. This "dry-spray" technique uniformly orients the metallic flake. Use Eastwood Urethane Clear 50250 ZP to seal and provide a professional depth and shine.

Eastwood's Malibu Sunset Metallic Orange is a premium acrylic urethane paint with exceptional beauty & durability using top-quality raw materials and advanced composition technology. Clean surfaces of all contaminants. Abrade surface to be painted with a minimum of 320 grit sandpaper working up to a 600 grit for maximum adhesion. Re-clean surface. After shaking paint, mix 3 parts paint with 1 part activator. Use caution mixing materials as paint may begin to gel after 2 hours at 70ø. HVLP gun setting 8-10psi 1.4-1.8mm tip. This color is designed to give complete coverage in 3-4 coats. Allow 10 minutes flash time between coats, should be tack free in 45-60 minutes, full cure in 18 hours.
Always wear appropriate eye, skin and breathing protection.Always paint in a well ventilated area away from open flame. Consult MSDS for specific safety instructions
