For someone that has never had any experience with block sanding... this video is very detailed. Frank takes you through different situations and shows you how to handle each one. I'll be starting my first project soon and I feel a lot more confident about the sanding process. I only gave this video an average rating for price. Thirty bucks seems high, but there's not a lot of videos out there with this kind of information. All in all, I'm happy with the knowledge gained from watching it a few times.
