Details

Rein backed and last 3 times longer than standard sandpaper. Safe up to 22,000 rpm. Grind and polish castings, port heads, and finish small parts. Arbor hole is 1/8", use only with mandrels listed. Note: Different sizes and grits available. 80 grit (coarse); 120 grit (medium); 240 grit (fine); 320 grit (extra fine). When working on Aluminum or other soft metals, use Grinder's Grease for a smoother cut. Save by ordering the Tight Spot Grinding Kit or order different sizes and grits individually from chart.

About Abrasive Cylinders 80 Grit Pack Of 50

The set of 50 Cylinder 80 Grit Abrasive Rolls work great for removing casting flash and smoothing intake ports. Intake ports should not be smoothed with a finer grit or fuel atomization will suffer.

To get into tighter areas use the pack of 50 Tapered 80 Grit Rolls (13090). Use Grinder's Grease (13119) when grinding aluminum to prevent galling the surface or for a smoother cut on steel.

I was looking for something to clean up some holes that I drilled in metal with a holesaw. Till I found this product I was unable to clean the sharp edges. My only complaint is that once the glue that holds the ending tab of the roll it turns into a flapper. If there would be a way to glue more of the paper so that it holds together and would still sand.
