This is a fantastic tool, but it would be nice if Eastwood would sell replacement magnets. Once the magnet gets weak, it will just fall off.Price Value Quality -

I used it to fill some holes in the floor of an old military trailer...works great, but the magnet needs to be stronger, especially if you have some undercoating that is on the back side of the surface you are attempting to repair. It is cool to have two free hands, and to not have to be a contortion artist!!Price Value Quality -
Great for using on top of flat surfaces

the Magnetic Hole Plug Welding Tool is great for using on flat surfaces. but falls off sometimes on bottem sides or at 90 degrees, if it had a stronger magnet it would be great. I used it on plug welds and seams on my floor boards and will try it again soon fixing a cut up radio opening in a dash.Quality Price Value -

This little tool is super for plug welding anything where it's difficult to reach and weld at the same time. Even for close up work it allows you to have a free hand to steady your mig handle. I love it!Quality Price Value -

I used this to repair doors on a '62 Dodge Power Wagon where someone had screwed their logging company sign to the door. Grind the paint down with flap wheel, attach the tool and mig weld the hole up, grind weld down again with flap wheel, prime and paint. Excellent time saver!Quality Price Value
