About Skin Zipper Air Hammer Driver Door Skinning Tool
1. Step One allows the technician to form the edge of the door skin to an initial 45 degree angle by holding the tool at a right angle to the door. No hammer and dolly work required here.
2. Step Two allows the technician to complete the final form by using the tool at a 45 degree angle. Two side slot widths are included for thick or thin sheet metal skins.
When completed minimal finishing may be required on the corners and body lines. Skin Zipper reduces technician arm fatigue from hammer and dolly method as well as door refinishing time. The head will skin approximately 10 door skins and is easy to replace when it wears out.
Labor/Material Savings: Saves the technician arm fatigue and up to 60 minutes of labor and assembly time by easily skinning the door with minimal refinish required to paint.

Quality Price Value The Skin Zipper door skinner tool worked great for me. I had to peel the skin off my 78 Ford truck door to repair some rusted metal. I' not a body man, but with the Skin Zipper, putting the door skin back in place came out looking like a pro did the work. I have a 70 Nova I'm restoring and have door rust on it too. I am going to get an extra replacement head for the Skin Zipper just to have to have on hand.

Quality Price Value I guess it worked okay. Used it for door skin on 65 Mustang. Had to use hammer an dolly in order to get the first step to work. Then had to really force the Skin Zipper for the second part. Mine didn't move as fast as the video. Also tried using the 3m Adhesive but that didn't help, also didn't want more crude along the area where I'm gonna weld. Then afterwards had some little dents that are gonna have to be fixed. But was easier then using the hammer.
