    GREAT PRODUCT (Posted on 8/18/2013)

I was having trouble with applying lead either not enough heat or too much with acetylene torch and propane torch. I tried this diffuser and Oh my god I love it: it made the job go so much smoother. I highly recommend it.

I have had a diffuser for over 30 years. I lost one when I moved to a new location so I purchased 2 after almost 30 years. The price may be a little high, but they worked as well as my old one. They were fantastic. Thanks for a great product.

When I first tried the tip, it was leaking acetylene out the rear. I had to remove the brass ring and use a small hose clamp to make it seal. Now it works great, much easier to control than a propane torch. Turn the acetylene on full before lighting and then adjust it down.
