This was the first epoxy primer I ever shot. This product is awesome! Went on as smooth as a babies butt. Shot over Eastwood sprayable polyester, to make my wifes 57 Chevy daily driver, as straight as a string.

After talking to the tech people at Eastwood I bought the epoxy primer to use on a car that I stripped to bare metal before I laid on the polyester primer. All I can say is that I'm really glad I listened to them.

I shot this with a Devbliss Starting line gun with a 1.8 tip. First time shooting primer and it flowed out real nice and was easy to work with. The room I shot in was easily above 80, but I had no problems with flow. Didn't need to thin it. The fact that it's 1:1 so its 2 gallons of sprayable material is an added bonus. For a newbie this was a great product to start with. Would buy again.

I'm sorry I can't write a review on the epoxy primer because it will be a few week before I paint the car. What I would like to say is their pricing is great and shipping is SUPER FAST.

Flows out well, almost a shine. Helps show the flaws when fixable. Sands well too.

This primer has amazing flow and spray properties. It leveled out nicely, even with a bargain gravity feed gun. My first use was as a primer coat to refinish chrome plated aluminum wheels that had peeled and oxidized under the chrome. I needed a primer that would stick to the chrome and aluminum, and that's a tough demand. I dribbled some primer, and over sprayed more, on some chrome I hadn't scuffed, and had a dickens of a time getting it off once it had cured! So I tried it as a primer on an aluminum shell and on a truck. The Arizona climate absolutely destroys paint, so only time will tell how well this primer stands up under my finish coats. But I am very optimistic.

This is great primer! Mixed 1:1 with catalyst the kit made 2 gallons of sprayable product. The build is very good, lay it on thick and block 'till it's smooth. Thin it down and it seals great. Just ordered more for another project. Thanks, Eastwood.
