This product is an excellent value. I have used 3M weld thru primer and SEM products as well. This Eastwood product is considerably less expensive than the 3M, but it performs just as well. It comes in a larger can also, so there is more product for the dollar. The spray nozzle doesn't clog nearly as often as the SEM product does. Highly recommended.

Good product that does what it says. Covers well and provides excellent protection. Nozzle clogs more than I would expect - seems better if you shake can a lot while using.

Despite violently shaking the can after the ball started to rattle, and continued shaking while trying to use it, I was unable to spray for more than about 5 seconds without some form of stoppage or clogging. Plug welding with mig caused porosity after primer dried overnight, while other areas without primer welded perfectly. I can only wonder about the rust prevention, but given how poorly the product is in its other aspects, I can only wonder---and hope
