This high gloss (80-90% gloss) finish TGIC polyester powder is cured at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes after flow out (that transition from dry powder to a liquid like look) occurs. This is perhaps my favorite "chrome" powder. Works great as a chrome powder as well as one of the BEST looking translucent powders out there! Far easier to work with than either of the Reflective Chrome powders. Prep is everything here however. Any imperfections in the substrate will show thru. I love using this powder over bare aluminum that I have hand sanded, leaving straight sanding lines in the substrate which is highly visible under the powder after it is cure. So many tricks you can do with the substrate that will show off your artistic side that it isnt funny. I still topcoated with a clear for added durability and greater UV protection, but it isnt required.

i have a lil powder coat shop i opened , my biggest seller is the black chrome, all my biker bros love it ! chroming cost too much, and is boring, black chrome looks so much better. i have to order it by the pound from eastwood becouse they have the best prices ive found
