I received my hammer today and put it to work right away as I was curious as to how it would handle the job. I had a badly dented piece of stainless trim for a 57 Dodge truck but after 20 minutes of work it's ready for sanding and polishing. I've done plenty of bodywork but never had a hammer like this to do trim. Great tool with a nice finish and feel. Getting it on sale was a bonus. Hope the buffers come on sale soon.

I haven't bought a tool from Eastwood in many years. I have a Eastwood hammer and dolly set that's probably 15-20 years old and it's light years ahead in quality. The old set have nicely machined and finished heads and a quality finish on the handle. This thing looks like something I made in 9th grade shop class only not as good.

Sure, at the sale price, it's inexpensive, and I probably got what I paid for, but the next time I'll shop around more for better quality.

I expected more from Eastwood. This looks like it's from Harbor Freight. Very sad that we as consumers accept this Chinese crap as the norm now.

I haven't used it yet, but I'm sure it works fine. I'm just unhappy with the quality.

I like the hammer, but not the price if it's not on sale. I gave the price 3 stars because the sale price is accepable. Value is what a person makes of the tool. If I ever lose or need another I would buy this hammer again and that's what really counts.

The trim hammer is small enough to get into most places on a piece of trim. It's good quality and machined enough to get the job done. Keep in mind it won't get all dings and you will need to come up with your own tools some times, like a chisel or a blunt piece of steel to get into places the hammer won't reach.
