Details
Engine turning, or damascening, has long been the hallmark of fine automotive craftsmanship. This technique leaves metal surfaces with a swirled pattern, really setting off your vehicle. Great for any flat polished metal surface - firewalls, valve covers, dashboards. Either of these two kits will allow you to customize your vehicle with this process using specially formulated abrasive rolls and your drill press. Two kits are available: the 1" Kit contains two 1" diameter rolls and mandrel; the 1/2" Kit contains two 6" long rolls, which yield six 2" working rolls. Complete instructions included.

I used this kit to "jewel" a pair of Aluminum Pistol Grips for my SigSauer 1911. They turned out very nice! This is my first try with Aluminum for making grips, and wanted to add this effect!Price Value Quality
