The paint applies fine, dries OK, touch it with a hard object and it comes right off. I expected a 2 part paint to be more scuff resistant than spraypaint.

stirred and mixed what I needed and then reduced it 10% and it sprayed on nice and smooth. Did a rear motorcycle swing arm and a couple of wheels. Looking forward to seeing how durable it is

Painted my Model A frame with this product. It sprayed very nicely with no reducer added and turned out great. Happy with the product but not with the packaging. The cans had big dents in them making it very hard to mix the paint. The ceramic paint settles in the bottom of the can so it was quite a pain.

I applied this on a number of parts for my Jeep project last summer (2010) including bumpers, etc....over epoxy primer. Applied ok but beware, it does set up quickly in the pot so don't dilly dally around with it. Initially, it looked great and so far, it's toughness seems to be pretty good. However, I will not use it again as it oxidizes and chalks up very badly. After one year, you wouldn't even notice my bumpers were painted as recently as they were. Very disappointed in it's durability with regards to dealing with UV.

I finally got around to painting my pan (vw) and have to say that I'm impressed with the product. After a ccrew up on my part, I had it spraying as it should. You will want to use reducer since it is pretty heavy. It does dry very quickly as mentioned before and man does it look awsome!! I used the satin finish and am very pleased. Ps.. does it ever stink so use a good mask for ment for spaying iso's and also ventilate.

Great product. I'm a rookie painter using a Starting Line spray gun. It sprayed very nice and hardened quickly. Tried both gloss and satin and both were great. Note that this product settles hard in bottom of paint can. Shaking for 10 minutes won't dislodge sludge. You need to dig into the ceramic solids with a paint stick and stir for up to 15 minutes to get all solids into solution. They even settle in the gun cup after 40 minutes of not spraying. Also, this stuff has isocynates so you need supplied air or fantastic ventilation. It really smells. My wife complains loudly when I spray it. But it drys/cures very nicely and was easy to spray, even for a neophyte like me.

I used Eastwoods 2K Ceramic Chassis Black, Satin on my 69 Camaro subframe and control arms and I am here to tell every one that my frame turned out with a Show quality finish. I am sure that when I am finished with the rotisserie restoration that I am doing on my 69 Camaro,The Paints that I am using from Eastwood will help me to acheve the 1st place results at car shows that I am shooting for. Thanks Eastwood. Keep up the good work.
