About Eastwood Aluma Blast Paint
Apply a protective, durable, natural satin finish on smooth-cast aluminum car parts. AlumaBlast Paint duplicates the original look of cast aluminum, and protects up to 300 degreesF. Durable too, so those aluminum parts will keep that brand new look for a long time. Due to regulations pertaining to paint recycling, at this time we are unable to ship this product to Alberta, Canada.
Choose the 12-oz. aerosol can (available individually or in a 12-can case) or the quart can.
10041Z PRE Painting Prep removes residual oil, grease, and silicones before painting.

Great product, very realistic and attractive finish. Doesnt look painted "fake". Replicates cast aluminum very well.Value Quality Price
I used it on a diff housing. Will now use it on the transmission case as well.

I have used aluma blast on builds in the past and loved it BUT the new aluma blast is NOT the silver grey color it used to be. The new color is not close at all to natural cast aluminum. I DO like the cast texture the new formula leaves on parts. The color in the catalog is no where close to what comes out of the can. The picture on the can is of an alternator in its raw form and color does not match that either. Good luck.Quality Price Value -

I love this product. I recomend it to everyone who likes the new look of aluminum. I especialy like it because it dries fast. If your building transmissions this is a great addition to the final finish. Highly recommend it!!!Value Quality Price -

I am doing a frame off restoration on a 69 Firebird, and it has gotten a bit out of hand..lol..I am being meticulous about everything and I wasn't happy with the look of the TH400 after I got it back from the re-build...Sooo...I taped it up wire brushed it and shot it with ALUMA BLAST..one word...BEE-U-TEE-FUL!!! Used this product to paint a old harley transmission, with i need to look fresh next to a bead blasted shovelhead motor.Value Quality Price
after 10 years it's still looking great, has never had any peeling etc.
